How do I know, if my order is confirmed or not?
You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected dispatch or delivery time. You will also be notified when the item(s) are shipped to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).
How do you ship your orders?
For domestic deliveries, all the orders are shipped through surface in case of standard shipping and by Air in case of Express Delivery. Our shipping partners are well capable of making last mile deliveries.
For International Deliveries
All orders will be delivered via DHL Express by Air.
Can I cancel/modify my order after placing it?
After the order is placed, you can’t cancel the order under any circumstances unless the product you ordered for isn’t available with us. However you can modify the order according to your requirements, in order to do that get in touch with us. If in case the order doesn’t pass quality parameters, the order will be cancelled from our system, refund will be initiated via NEFT/IMPS. It may take 7-10 business days for the same.
