Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Fitness Universe® – you can return all items within 15 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery, for that please send us pictures of the packaging and product(s) at [email protected]. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
In Case of Damaged Item
If an item is found damaged, missing or incorrect as per your order & the description on our website, customers have to escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a picture of the packaging and products at info@funutritionstore.com within those 48 hours (excluding gazetted holidays & Sunday). We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund through defined mediums or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Please note the usual 15-day return policy won’t be applicable in these kinds of cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
